Orders are usually dispatched within 24-72 hours. Special order items can take 2-4 days before dispatch. Check the product page under availability to see if your item is in-stock (ready to dispatch) or available (2-4 days dispatch).

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please enter this into the courier website for updates on your orders tracking history.

Sure thing! Send us an email with the item/s you would like to pre-order and we shall reserve it for you. Alternatively, you can pre-order your item/s via the website if the pre-order option shows available.
