Welcome to Waller BMX. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Waller BMX, whether online, in-store, via phone, email, social media, or Cycle Scheme providers.
By placing an order, paying a deposit, or using this website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.
Waller BMX reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to future orders only.

Delivery Information
UK delivery options are shown at checkout and depend on stock availability and delivery location.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Waller BMX is not responsible for delays caused by:

Circumstances outside of our control
Risk passes to the customer once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are correct before completing checkout.
Orders returned to Waller BMX due to incorrect addresses or refused deliveries may incur additional shipping, handling, and return charges.
Product Availability & Supplier Stock
Stock availability shown on the website may occasionally differ from actual supplier or in-store stock due to stock delays, supplier changes, or inventory errors.
Waller BMX reserves the right to:

Refuse orders where pricing or product information has been published incorrectly

may need to be ordered directly from suppliers specifically for your order.
Deposits, Special Orders & Cycle Scheme Orders
Deposits taken by Waller BMX are used to secure products, reserve stock, and/or place supplier orders on behalf of customers.
Deposits are not automatically refundable once Waller BMX has committed to ordering goods, reserving stock, or beginning work on an order.
For Cycle Scheme purchases:

Deposits are only refundable once the Cycle Scheme voucher has been successfully issued, presented, and the order has been fully completed through the scheme.

The deposit amount is deducted from the final balance once the order is completed using the Cycle Scheme voucher.
If a Cycle Scheme application is:

Refused
-
Cancelled
-
Withdrawn
-
Delayed beyond a reasonable period
-
Or not completed after Waller BMX has already ordered or reserved stock
Waller BMX reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit to cover costs already incurred.
Special-order cancellations may be subject to deductions including:

Supplier restocking fees (minimum 10%)

Supplier return carriage charges

Shipping charges
-
Payment processing fees
-
Workshop or labour costs

Administrative costs
Custom-built bikes, custom wheel builds, specially sourced products, workshop builds, and made-to-order items are non-returnable once work has commenced or supplier orders have been placed.
Returns & Refunds
Customers may return eligible unused items within 14 days of receiving the order for a refund.
Returned goods must:

Be unused

Be unassembled
-
Be unfitted
-
Be in original packaging
-
Be in resaleable condition
The following items may not be eligible for return:

Custom builds

Built wheels

Workshop services

Installed parts

Opened sealed items

Clothing showing signs of wear

Products damaged during fitting or use
Waller BMX reserves the right to refuse returns or reduce refund amounts where returned goods are not in original resaleable condition.
Refunds do not include original postage costs unless the return is due to a fault or an error made by Waller BMX.
Orders originally qualifying for free shipping may have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund total.
Payment Processing Fees
Refunds for cancelled or unwanted orders may be reduced to cover non-refundable payment processing charges incurred by Waller BMX through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Stripe, or other banking providers.
Current transaction fees are approximately 1.9% + 20p but may vary depending on payment provider.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Waller BMX directly to attempt resolution before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be disputed using evidence including:

Supplier invoices

Chat transcripts

Email communication

Workshop records

Waller BMX reserves the right to recover costs associated with false, abusive, or fraudulent chargebacks.
Workshop, Custom Builds & Labour
Workshop labour, custom wheel builds, bike assembly, bike servicing, and fitting charges are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Where products have been:

Cut

Installed
-
Fitted
-
Modified
-
Built
-
Prepared specifically for a customer
those items may no longer be eligible for cancellation or return.
BMX Use Disclaimer
BMX riding is an inherently dangerous activity.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are:

Correctly installed
-
Properly maintained
-
Suitable for intended use
Waller BMX accepts no liability for:

Injury
-
Damage
-
Loss
-
Product misuse
-
Incorrect installation
-
Competition use
-
Stunt riding damage
-
Lack of maintenance
Warranty
Warranty claims are handled by the original product manufacturer and are subject to the individual brand's warranty terms.
Normal wear and tear, crash damage, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation, modification, or poor maintenance are not covered under warranty.
Waller BMX will always assist customers with genuine warranty claims where possible but cannot guarantee claim approval from manufacturers.
International Orders & Customs Charges
Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for:

Customs clearance fees
If a customer refuses to pay customs charges and the order is returned to Waller BMX, any refund may be reduced by:

Abuse & Fraud Prevention
Waller BMX reserves the right to:

Refuse service

where abusive behaviour, threats, harassment, suspected fraud, or unreasonable conduct is identified.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waller BMX shall not be liable for:

Consequential damages

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
