How To Order Your Custom Wheel
Pick the three main parts below and add them to the same order. We’ll check the combination and spoke length before starting the build.
Choose Your Rim
Choose the rim that suits your riding, preferred look and budget. We’ll check that its hole count matches the selected hub.
Choose Your Spokes
Select your preferred spoke colour and type. Don’t worry if you’re unsure about length. We calculate and check the required spoke size for the chosen hub and rim.
Place Your Order
Add the hub, rim and spokes to the same order. We’ll identify it as a custom wheel build, check the parts and contact you if we need to confirm anything.

Each wheel is assembled carefully, brought up to tension evenly, dished correctly and checked for lateral and radial true.
We check the selected hub, rim, drilling and spoke length before the build. If something in your order doesn’t match, we’ll contact you rather than building it incorrectly.

What if I choose the wrong spoke length?
We calculate and check the required spoke length for your hub and rim before building. If a different length is needed, we’ll make sure the correct spokes are used.
Can you build parts I already own?
Yes. Contact us before sending or bringing in any parts so we can check that the hub, rim and spokes are compatible and arrange the build.
What if I’m ordering two wheels?
Add both hubs, rims and sets of spokes to the same order. If it isn’t clear which rim belongs with each hub, leave a note at checkout or we’ll contact you before building.
