Price Match Terms
We keep the policy straightforward so you know what we can match before sending your request.
What Qualifies
- The price must be advertised by a UK-based retailer and visible on its website.
- The product must be new, identical and have the same manufacturer SKU or item number.
- The exact product and variant must be in stock with both the competitor and Waller BMX.
- The competitor’s carriage charge is added when comparing the total delivered price.
- The request must be made and approved before you place your order.
A Few Exclusions
- Sale, clearance and closeout prices are not included.
- We do not match overseas retailers, auction websites such as eBay or second-hand goods.
- A Price Match cannot be applied after an order has been placed or payment processed.
- Additional discount codes, promotions or sale offers cannot be combined with a Price Match.
- Approved requests have an expiry date and are subject to final confirmation by Waller BMX.
Waller BMX reserves the right to decline a request and update this policy when necessary.
