The Alpha Lite Elbow Pad is part of FUSE Protection’s accessible performance range, built for riders who want lightweight elbow protection with a slim and comfortable fit. Designed for BMX, MTB, and action sports, it offers easy everyday coverage for chilled sessions, progression, and confident riding.

With breathable perforated neoprene, EVA foam padding, a dual-layer Lycra back, and Sharkskin neoprene grippers to help prevent slipping, the Alpha Lite Elbow Pad delivers lightweight protection without restricting movement.

How do I choose knee or elbow pad size?

Take the measurements shown in the brand’s chart, usually around the joint or above and below it. Choose by measurements rather than age or clothing size.

Should the pads feel tight?

They should stay secure when you bend and move without restricting movement or causing uncomfortable pressure. Try them with the clothing you plan to ride in.

Can I wear these under my clothes?

Check the pad profile and intended use. Slim sleeves and bulkier hard-shell pads fit differently; check whether the listing includes one pad or a pair.
