Sunday Wave C 24" BMX Frame

It's been over a decade since Sunday offered a dedicated aftermarket 24" frame, and the Wave C is worth the wait. Built entirely from 4130 chromoly with modern 24" geometry, it's designed to ride and respond like a high-end 20" while giving you the extra stability and confidence that comes with the bigger wheel size. A longer rear end and 22" top tube make it a natural fit for bigger riders or anyone looking to push what's possible on a cruiser. Street, park, transitions — it handles the lot.

All the proven Sunday details are here too - wave down tube to fight denting from rails and coping, miter cut top tube for a stronger weld junction, tapered stays, hollow dropouts with integrated chain tensioners, and removable brake hardware for a clean setup when you don't need it.

Features

  • 100% 4130 Chromoly Frame
  • Proven 24" geometry that rides like a pro-level 20" bike
  • Wave Down Tube:
Down tube dents can significantly weaken the front end of your bike. The Wavelength's double-butted, 1.45" diameter down-tube features Sunday's proven Wave shaping to help fight against denting from rails, ledges, coping and whatever else happens to get thrown at it.
  • Miter Cut Top Tube:
A miter-cut top tube creates a precise joint with the seat stays during welding. This increases the strength substantially over frames that use a “sandwiched” top tube at this critical junction.
  • Hollow Chainstay Yoke:
An all new yoke design allows for an ultra-short chainstay length for improved maneuverability
  • Tapered Chain & Seat Stays:
Both chain and seat stays taper to provide a refined and clean look to the frame while still providing strength. They are both angled on the inside for improved chain clearance and weight savings.
  • Hollow Dropouts with Chain Tensioners:
Hollow 8mm wide dropouts are as light as a solid 5mm dropout, but over twice as strong. There is a small internal chain tensioner to hold the wheel in place as well as simplify wheel removal.
  • Removable Brake Hardware:
Refined removable brake mounts and cable channel improvements that provides benefits with or without a brake setup.
  • Rust Proof Coating:
All Sunday frames are rust-proofed with "Black Magic" coating before the final finish is applied. It is lightweight and the best anti-corrosion processing that's offered today.
